When I arrived to the bridal suite at the The Mansion on Turner Hill there was a flurry of activity, ladies in pink robes, two little babes running around and Liz calmly taking it all in. All of her details were gathered together, her dress was meticulously hung with care and their timeline was taped to the wall. Liz had been planning and thinking about this day for years, now here it was, perfectly organized and a dream come true.
As Liz carefully put on her gorgeous gown she was surrounded by an amazing group of ladies, all who very clearly cherish their friendship with her. And as the day progressed it became more and more evident just how loved Andy and Liz are by their family and their friends. The sermon recounted stories of their generosity and kindness, of service and friendship. Liz's matron of honor Caroline and Andy's Best Man Chuck used their toasts as a way to honor the couple with stories of childhood and love. And Liz's Dad gave a moving testimony of the importance of marriage, faith and a life built together. I hope that if Liz and Andy only remember one thing from their wedding day, it is just how loved and supported they are.
Liz and Andy, thank you so much for having us as a part of your day!! It was so fun to watch as you became Husband and Wife and I hope that you are able to relive each moment of the day for years to come through your images!! Enjoy!!
